The moment when I walk in all the staff were so nice and friendly. Cesar was beyond amazing and so friendly. He made us feel so welcoming. We most definitely will return back to that location.

Good food. Service was slower than slow. No idea why because there were only three other tables being occupied.

Busy on weekends. Great pancake selections. Kids Halloween pancake plate. Affordable.

Breakfast options are amazing. Love the chicken florentine crepe. Try it.

Loved the pancakes not so much their hash brown.

Quick service, with a decent amount of liquid refills. Food was good but a bit overpriced for what it was. A little bit loud.

Waitres was teribble. Bad attitude gave my wife the wrong order .then she was talking bad about my wife in spanish about the order. waitres didn't think my wife spoke spanish also. never go back to milpitas ihop .

They offer an awesome range of delicious food. I liked dining here. Employees are always kind, rates are fair and the place is always neat.

Cozy place, nice staffs, but they are crowded. Maybe because of weekend, still I can see that they try hard to keep good service. We will come back.

So it started out with a 30 minute wait. They followed that with a half cup of coffee and a smooth transition into the disappointment if finding out that IHOP does not have biscuits and gravy. How can you be a breakfast joint and not have biscuits and gravy? They have gravy just no biscuits. What you can't just crack open a can of biscuits like you do with the rest of your food? The service was fast but that's to be expected with canned food. But for the record I was informed by the wait staff that if I wanted to bring my own biscuits from home he was sure they would dump some gravy on them for me.

I love their waffles. It's crispy and best of all, the chicken wasn't chunky or hard to eat. Eggs were cooked well! Would come here again for brunch.

The food is great and service is very polite. They are young and new....please be patient. They say good things come to those who wait...good to the last bite!

1 star for service although food is 5. We waited for 8min in the front counter for the hostess to acknowledge/seat us. We had to look over the kitchen for the server to see us..Him and the kitchen crew were talking with the looks of it- not even work related. First time that this happened during mornings... The server is not the regular server that I encounter during mornings.

This is our usual Ihop to visit when in the area. Reasonable value food and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Worth visiting but don't make a special journey.

Mi order was not completed, the service not good, after they serve the food no one came back to ask if I need something else. I order well done my meet and was still bloodied aslo was salad included as part of my dinner and didn't got it, when I ask for it they told me sorry no more salad and they dont give me a discount ( they charge me for the salad). I will never go back

It was a very good service, also food presentation was nice and appealing. Pedro was nice and had excellent customer service.

Love the pancakes, steak, and shrimp, the friendly staff who is always asking if you need anything without being obnoxious...

This was a really good place to go. We had really great service and the staff was very friendly. It was quiet when I went with my family and we had a very pleasant time. Would recommend if you are craving pancakes.

Super busy on Saturday mornings had a 30 minute wait, the waiter was decent and wished us.Coffee pot was good and omlette were tasty but hash browns when asked to be well done were actually a little burnt.Regular IHOP location was ok, parking can be little challenging add they have limited spots available especially during the busy times:

I had nice time. The waitress was really nice and carefully. The food arrived in short time and the quality was good.I tried to connecting to the Wi-Fi, but it was not working.

I ordered the Turkey wrap. I know this is a pancake place and I need to remind myself to order pancakes. The Turkey in the wrap was watery and no flavor. The staff was very attentive.

Great place to enjoy a hearty breakfast. They serve pancakes and breakfast all day long.

Service is friendly and prompt, 5 stars for the staff. Parking is scarce. Friday at 10:30 am there are no spots. The kitchen is also a bit stingy and the portions are small for an ihop. My choclate chip pancake had 4 chocolate chips in it.

Ihops standards are about what i had expected. The bacon crepe breakfast was delicious and portion size was fair. The staff and atmosphere was friendly. It was a relaxing meal with quick efficient service. An enjoyable experience I can easily recommend on a lazy Saturday or after climbing mission peak.

The main and biggest advantage in my opinion is that it is now open 24 hours I believe on weekends. Food is standard for an IHOP. Service is good. It's not the best breakfast i have had but it's very serviceable.

Carb heaven (or hell depending on your perspective) keeping it keto healthy can be a challenge here, even in a bacon omelette! 🤔 (That should be an easy keto option, but not at IHOP!🙁Anyway brunch was good (bacon and cheese omelette) and the menu is a gluttonous wonder to behold, crazy carb pancake options galore! (F carbs till I reach my goal weight!)😁Service was good, food came out quick and we had a coupon!Side note, used to come here decades ago with the fellas when it was Lyons and there were few other options in Milpitas! This is a standard run of the mill ihop. The service is good and prompt. I haven’t had a chance to stop by an ihop for over 3 years now. We got interested in their new pancake selection and ordered the red velvet pancakes and poblano omelet. The red velvet pancakes were not really good and felt dry. They were also incompatible with their house selection of syrups. I would stay away from them on my next visit. The poblano on the other hand was interesting and light give it one more try

This restaurant is pretty much a standard IHOP but I enjoyed my meal. They gave me good service and everything was cooked correctly.

IHOP requested that I rate my visit to their restaurant. It also asked for a description of the food on the photo:It's steak omelette with free (3) pancakes and coffee. I rate it a 10 or 5 Stars. Food was excellent and service was great.

Great service and good food. Parking is behind the restaurant. That's a little weird and awkward if you are a senior. Holiday menu items were pretty good.
